Hi Support... We are still experiencing this problem on a almost daily basis where the Incomming email poller just stops polling for no reason whatsoever. Here are the latest logs from when this happened today:

I had to restart the AwareIM Server again for it to start picking up the email from the mailbox again.
Please advise how we can get past this as this is a big concern since the incoming email is a HUGE part of our application and we cannot have to restart the system every day.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
