Hi Guys. We have a client who is very upset because it is taking them forever to upload documents to our system. The reason being this:
We have an object RPMSDoc which is linked to another object. RPMSDoc has attributes for Name, Description, and Document.
When they Click New document it brings up a Form where they can type the name and description and then click on the icon for the document to select document. That brings up the brows to select screen. They will then browse and select their document but once they click 'Upload' it will take them back to the EnterNew RPMS document Form and then the document is still not there. They have to do this three times before it actually takes the document.
We have been unable to simulate this locally and no other clients have complained about anything similar. We are with our hands in our hair as we have no Idea what could be causing this. They have tried from different PC's and no problem and they are using exactly the same browser as we do. Their internet speed is also fine. Same as ours.
When we upload a document the same object we cannot simulate the problem.
PLease let me know if anyone has ever experienced anything similar with documents and if you have any advise at all. Will be much Appreciated!
