Urgent: Visual Perspective integrity error

I've created an Carrier access level and a VP to for the Carrier to be used when they login.

Problem:
I need it to be a Mobile Version but I'm getting a integrity error.
The mobile checkbox is ticked (see pic below)

Debugging already done:

This is the first time I'm experimenting with the Mobile Version so I might have missed something. Any ideas?
