I find the date picker doesn't always come up when you tap in a date attribute. Most times the keyboard loads as well. Its very flaky. Also it seems you have to tap towards the end of the line that the date is displayed rather than anywhere on the line, which is the case for non date attributes.

You have to tap on a triangle symbol at the end of the line to bring up date picker. Otherwise, you should enter the date manually using keyboard. This is intentional as you must be able to enter date using both methods.

Yep aware of that. But it takes about 20 tries to finally bring up the date picker whereas on a drop down list it always comes up first time.

A couple of suggestions:

Increase the size of the triangle for date fields as it 99 times out of a 100 for me defaults to field input. Maybe I have big fingers!

Or allow us to disable manual input via keyboard so we could tap anywhere on the line. Most times I would use this option as users prefer to select the date rather than enter it.

Support can you tell me what you did here as still having issues. Maybe I need to change my forms or attribute presentation? Not getting any triangle now at end of line.

Can you send screenshots of your experience? It definitely works for us (tested on an Android phone).

Does it work for you in Google Chrome?

Sorry now working. I can see you enlarged the triangle. Well done. I suspect it was a cache thing on the phone. Restarted it and all is ok now.
