I believe that message points to the licence not supporting the feature. You may need to ask for an update key that includes the Gantt feature.
I may be incorrect so please ignore this if you already have a valid licence.

Gantt chart support is a $500 option, so you need to purchase it if you want to use the Gantt chart

Aarrgghh! Wasn't aware of that. Sorry must have missed it in the documentation. I would have thought that it would be included at zero extra cost and at that price even though it looks terrific I wont be using it. Hope not too many new features are managed in this way.

Hi support,

It's a real shame to hear this is not included 🙁 would love to use it but doubt I could justify the extra expense.

Is the fee a one time only fee or would we have to pay half the cost again next year?

Come on Support, I personally think that this extra pricing/ business model will have a negative effect on existing and potential customers and developers. Distribute this feature for free and more people will buy licenses. Don't forget that competitors are around.
