5.9 mobile bug using capitino classic theme

When using the capitino classic theme (maybe others) the selection is not kept when selecting from a choice list.

To reproduce the bug go to the ordering sample app. Log in to mobile version. Go to my account and try to change the gender attribute to male. You will find that it always drops back to female.

I am also getting a second error that is possibly linked to this. I haven't been able to reproduce it in the sample apps but will do a sample BSV if required. The problem is that if I select an item on a choice list and then go back to that choice list a second time before saving the form, the whole form just disappears and I'm left with a white screen and forced to crash out and log in again.

By the way, I'm using build 1815, mysql and testing on iPhone 5.

Some of the problems should be fixed in build 1889 (clear browser cache)
