I'm aware of the cause of the issue, my concern is that the ref attributes are not refreshing properly in some way that is causing this way too often.
Auto-refresh should not be used if you are not running a process to update a ref attribute. Even then the ref attributes were auto-refreshing by themselves sometimes.
Example, in process ENTER NEW Task, once the BO is created it is automatically inserted and visible in the ref items list. Having that process in auto refresh, even though Task created is already there, the BO is refreshed after a couple of seconds.
All I'm saying, this wasn't happening pre build 1812 & now the system is hyper sensitive. I think the auto-refresh is not the only solution.
I have put all the processes, liked all refBO into auto-refresh but the issues is still being reported.
I'll try to recreate in a BSV.

In build 1812 Sometimes reference grids were not auto-refreshed.
what exactly was the issue, could it be linked to this at all?
