Custom button in form/query header?

I´m trying to create a custom button in a form/query header, can anyone share how this is done?

Actually, what i´m trying to do is create a custom "Help" icon in form and query headers and extjs has this option built in (is for example used in the form search header) and the ideal would be configuring this help icon but with my own output (process). Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi - I don't have the exact answer since I've not done it before but this may be of assistance.

I've only found this and started playing with it last night. I believe tools option is what you may be after.

I was playing around and was able to only show refresh icon for example. Basically I think you'll have to have something in the advanced section of the form and put the logic for help in it.
