PRINT DOCUMENT 'Network Printer' ignored

PRINT DOCUMENT StaffReport TO 'Network Printer 1' 2 COPIES

If StaffReport is a MS WORD document, it prints on the 'Network Printer 1'

but if StaffReport is a REPORT it always prints to the default printer.
