there is an issue with Tours whereby they do not work on a Visual Perspective with Tabs if the Tab name contains a ' ' (space)
I have a number of Tabs such as My Dashboard, Waiting for My Approval, My Past Approvals, My Visible Employees etc....
To get around the problem.....
Open Charmap.
Select Tahoma Font.
Select character U+2008 Punctuation Space
Copy the character and paste it in all of your Tabs names replacing the spaces.
Viola!
