Zoho non excel docs

Can't save text or word documents? Weird. Excel works fine. Getting error

Persistence info for object not found.

What I'm doing.

Have a record.
Upload excel doc and save. Then go into Zoho and can edit and change document. Great!

Upload text or word document and save. Then go into Zoho and make some changes. Can't save. AwareIm log shows above.

This works fine for us. Any way for us to reproduce the problem?

Not sure it's so simple I can't see what the difference would be between document types. Maybe the DB SQL server. Anyway I have sent off a sample bsv that does it for me.

MY FAULT! Nothing wrong here , I was in test mode and it's only supported in production.

All is good with Zoho documents.
