error message - Internal error. Error reading business objec

I created a new BS from sample application called DocumentManagement.

i put it to TEST mode and went to webbpage for login. After I got logged in I got message that the database would be created.

Then I got this error message saying:

Internal error. Error reading business object. The data types text and varchar are incompatible in the equal to operator.

What is this and how can I fix it?

1) Did you use DocumentManagement sample application as is without making any changes to it or you changed it?

2) What database are you using? Derby? MySQL? SQL Server?

yes I just created it as it was, made no changes and then put it to Test mode and tried to log in to see the application

I use MS SQL

This is SQL Server specific problem. To fix it change the length of the FullPath attribute of the MainDocument and DocFolder objects from 5000 to 950
