Calendar drag and drop BUG

This may have gone away in 5.8 - I haven't updated yet.

scenario. User logs in and is presented with calendar view in a tab area All OK - can drag and drop no problem

User selects a menu option which takes them to a different VP. Similar calendar - different data. User cannot drag and drop

User goes back to their main working VP. Cannot drag and drop anymore - this is the same calendar they see when they first log in, nothing has changed

Confirmed by

Creating new regular user with loging to second VP (as described in Post 1). Drag and drop works OK.

By Menu option - transferred to main admin calendar - Drag and drop not working.

Went back to second VP - drag and drop not working.

The bug only appears when switching VP's when a user remains in their login VP drag and drop continues to work through all menu options, switching tabs, edits, creates etc

I can confirm that this bug still exists in 5.8. Any chance of a timescale for fixing this

I can see in the changelog this bug should be fixed but i´m still having issues. If I have a calendar eg. on my dashboard drag and drop works on this calendar. If I then open up another calendar query on the same BO, drag and drop works on the newly opened calendar but drag and drop has stopped working on the dashboard calendar.

Rocketman, can you confirm this is still not fully solved? Thanks

I had to republish the Bsv before it worked properly but now it appears to be all okay

Henrik, just found an unresolved issue but I don't think it is related to your issue. If I change perspectives, and click on a tab, the content of which is a series of calendars in concertina layout, the first calendar in the concertina does not show until I close and then re-open that element of the concertina.

After that though, everything drags and drops beautifully.

I am still having problems with calendar drag and drop (using build 1809). The problem occurs when: If I have a calendar eg. on my dashboard drag and drop works on this calendar. If I then open up another calendar query (DISPLAY LAYOUT in a new tab) on the same BO, drag and drop works on the newly opened calendar but drag and drop has stopped working on the dashboard calendar.
