Merging of BASServer.props during installation in build 1802

Build 1802 introduces a new improvement - when you install a new version the installation process preserves your current database settings rather than overwrites them.

If you use custom function libraries your BASServer.props should also have a record about them. These records should also be preserved when you install the new version, so there is no need to restore them.

Note, that this is available for Windows and Mac users only. Linux version at the moment doesn't have special installation so this improvement is not available.

Great thanks it worked well. Would also like to put in again for AwareIM server memory setting to be retained and now port number as well.
