Missing 'Table of Items' ref attribute's 'Add New' button

'Table of Items' ref attribute's 'Add New' button does not appear on the browser.

This is the case with all other ref attributes.

Tested Ordering sample app.

BOs > Purchase Order > Forms > Customer new order > Main > Items > Tick 'Generate "Add New" button

Not shown in browser when you open the purchase order.

Are you opening-it in a Pop-up Window ? Try the same in New Tab.

SOLVED

It looks like its the PROTECT rule or the View BO NO EDIT that hides the toolbox & the buttons.

Form operation buttons are visible but can be hidden by CONDITIONS
