Ms Word document import

When I import a Ms Word 2003 document into a new AwareIM document I'm trying to create, Aware won't Create the document.

The button to export becomes enabled. I'm I missing something here?

Can someone please test ver 5.7 and see if they can import a MsWord or Excel document through Document Templates

It's not letting me create it.
