Two RDD Files for same document

How do I resolve this error?

System error reading template file from AwareIM server

Two files with extension RDD found for document Cadet Enrollments

I created this report yesterday 07/17/13 but searching the AwareIM folder for "RDD" doesn't show anything with that name or date. I did create an initial version but then deleted it and started from scratch with a new version.

Check the forum for similar problems. I had it once, you have to delete that red on your MySql table.

i'm not sure what you mean by MySQL table. I did a search of the AwareIM folder and came up with four files with MySQL in the name:

BASServerJbossMySQL.props
BASServerWLMySQL.props
LICENSE.MYSQL.CONNECTOR
mysql-connector.java-3.1.12-bin.jar

Searching this forum for a specific is problematic. "RDD" only produces the couple of posts I made. If I try "System Error RDD" I get every instance of "system", "error", and "RDD".

When I do a Windows search on "RDD" in the AwareIM folder I get numerous hits on "RDD" but nothing that appears to relate to the particular report document I try to edit when I get the error.

Check this link, If you use MySql use Navicat or any database editor. Select the Table "DV_RES" and delete the rdd entry giving you the error.

Version 5.3, can't export after editing Document>
