5.6 Update Problem

Hello,

I have downloaded the latest version and tried to install it.

No error on installation process, but when trying to start the AM server I get the error " License expired or invalid for product ......."
This is a production server and not afford to install it from scratch ...

Why I'm getting that?

For 5.6 you need a new key. Did you update from your Aware IM account? If so, you should have been given the new key. You need to apply it.

If you forgot to apply log into your Aware IM account and copy the key from there.

Indeed I had to enter again the key by opening productkey.bat ftom /AwareIM/bin folder and now it's ok.
