Spinner control missing on the form for Number attributes

The spinner controls are not appearing on the number attribute. BSV emailed. (Did initially, but not I don't know why they are not.)

I have a credit card from with cc number, month & year expiry dates. Month & Year are number attributes using spinner control

I had a number attribute with 'Static Choices' between 1 - 12 representing months.
I got rid of all the static choices & specified a Value Range from 1 - 12
Specified the format: 00
Checked the Spinner checkbox in presentation

When I first changed it it worked on both the month & year, but now it not appearing on the form.

Just a thought to check other themes. I've see some variations like this... It may be limited to a theme.

Checked few other themes and its the same.

I've just added a new number attribute with spinner & put it on the same form as the month & year.

This attribute shows the spinner control. Strange.

Conclusion, when the 'Format' field only contains '#' the spinner control is displayed.

When you specify any other format eg. 00, #0, #.0, #.00 it doesn't show the controls

We have investigated this. The spinner control is only available for numbers with format # (plain integers). This is the only appropriate format for the spinner.
