Mobile top toolbar

Thanks guys you fixed the bottom toolbar. However I neglected to tell you that I cannot get the top toolbar to show on any standard query.

Should I expect it to display?

Did you turn on this display in the query options? If so, it should display

I've found that it displays IF you have the bottom toolbar on as well. However it does NOT display if you just have the top toolbar ticked on.
