Problem in Reports

So I moved here the post because i think this is a problem in Reports.
Tested few days, read again the Docs (How Context is Formed) and no clue why the Reports are working this way.

Here are the examples what I am using.

In form -> Summary section I have few formulas:
- Total Value of ITEMS = SUM of ITEM Values
- Total Value of services = (SUM of units) *(value of unit per hour) * (Price per hour)/60
- Total Value Invoice = sum of above two results

In Report Designer I use almost the same formula in SUMMARY Band:

The values are not displayed:

Scenario 2:
Created another BAND:
Created the formulas in that band and here are the results:
ALL the attributes are displayed, but the result of the formula is totally wrong.

Is a AwareIM problem or I miss something?

Hello,

Finally I have found a part of the solution. Maybe will be useful to someone else...

The solution works in the new Band (of the sub-report) where I have created the formula:

In every formula I had to specify a WHERE () rule to filter the SUM function to the master report.

In the sub-report I have put aFIND.... WHERE() condition like it says in Docs to bound it to master report, but I don't understand why I have to put a WHERE() clause in every formula near SUM() function.
The FIND....WHERE() clause of the subreport is not propagating to all elements of the sub-report???

I have not tested yet the second part of this solution if it works in Summary BAND Section...
I will test it and be right back...

P.S. Suggestion of this forum to be more efficient, because believe me, this days I have read tons of topics.... This solution is more efficient if all the members participate...
It's simple ....IF someone finds solution on a problem ---- change the title of the topic in "[SOLVED] topic title"....
Believe me...I use other forums and this is very helpful...

Tested again in build v5.5 1607

You can try to replicate this issue:

I have master report -> subreport

In subreport;

I put the FIND ..Where() clause to bound to the master report.
In Details Band I have several fields (quantity, price, value)...
In Summary section I put <<SUM value>> (this displays correctly).
IF I want to put the second element <<SUM value>> the whole report is messed up (many blank pages; the second element is not displayed)...

It's not normal what is happening...

If I want to make other calculeted elements I have to put in every element Where() cluase to display correctly....
Since the subreport is bounded to the master report...it's not normal that all the fields to be bounded...even I use them many times in subreport??
