paly69 I'm getting the firewall software unblock access to the following ports: 1098,1099,4444,1101,8080.... (I've turned off the firewall on this box.) Followed the directions here:
aware_support Please e-mail the contents of output windows of all servers (JBoss, Tomcat and Aware IM server) to support@awareim.com. There could be various reasons for this problem (not enough memory being one of them). We need to know the diagnostics.
