Go to the AIM control panel , System Settings , Logging,Test Logger,
Check "log to console" and Detailed view
Run the test, Look for clues in the output, something like attributes that don't exist or something odd
I have had it before when trying to test a bsv, it gets corrupted because the system runs out of memory for some reason.
If you cant find the error in your output log, then its best to restore from your last successful publish, run the test on the clean import and then proceed to redo the changes to the bsv
