Thanks for the reply, Please let me know how much it would be cost for year support.
And some thing to ask related to problem or support ticket for which problem we have or not have to buy ticket.
- If problem is related with framework or the development of the awareim itself then also we have to buy support ticket.
- If problem is not particular specific post of developer (like myself).
- After every update or build we will not get any old or new broken errors/issues can you assure it.
- We do lots of testing and found there are various minor or major issues comes in each update which must be notified for the better development of the AwareIM. And by getting collective data from different users in this forum are like giving free testing results.
My Customers never pay money of my application defects which are programming mistakes, when we informed any such defect or issue in application which is from our development side then we have to look out and update it without any charge but yes if there is something which is specific then we are liable to charge.
Please do not take anything otherwise, it is general.
So if the above issue is not common then take your time or we will buy the ticket if required.
