Change Field Name or Copy field w/ icon presentation rules

In the case of a name change, the field name does not propagate and can not be edited.

In the case of copy to new BO same but the BO name does not propagate and can not be edited.

In either case all rules must be deleted, the attribute saved and then all recreated.

I did just figure out you can change the rule but you MUST click out of the edit box and into another rule for the change to take effect, else it does not recognize the change.
