Issue following a move - can't test

Hi all, I moved my deployment to a new server with my hosting provider using the steps from another post. Everything seems to be OK but in the 'live app' but when I try to go into test mode I get the following error “Exception Changing Status of business space version… .Error creating indexes Duplicate key name ‘I1524773087’”.

I am able to create new versions and publish them, but test is locked out.

Anyone have any ideas?

Please publish with "no initial data" option. If this doesn't work re-create the busines space

I had already tried that. What do you mean by recreate? This app has Live data which can not be lost.

I did a clean install on a new VM image and got the same issue. I tried again using a full dump (Except the BAS_system table): That method resolves the Test issue but then I lose all my icons...

Can anyone point me to official instructions on moving servers? That seems like it is a relatively common task but the best I can do is piece it together from forum posts.

This is the procedure with moving the data from one machine to the other:

To move a particular business space to a new machine you need to do the following:

1) Import the configuration to the new machine
2) Publish the configuration or make it available for testing
3) Backup all the tables that start with the name of your business space (in regular mode) or that start with "BASTESTDOMAINYourBusinessSpace" in the testing mode
4) Backup one system table called BAS_IDGEN
5) Restore the backed up tables on the target machine

Regarding the publishing exception - if it happens on a clean installation please send the BSV to support@awareim.com and we'll take a look

Hi all, I don't think this is an Aware issue but thought I would check to see if anyone else found has encountered this issue?

I am able to authenticate to my POP3/inbound mail, but I seem to be dead in the water sending email, they are all queued up in the Unsent_Emails folder and the log shows: "ERROR -Unable to connect to remote host"

As far as I know there is nothing actively blocking the send action, but I am new to Server 2008 so perhaps a service needs to be enabled? Anyone have any other ideas?
