Connection Failure Error

Connection failure status:500 statusText:Internal Server Error

I am getting the above message but I can still work and post data to the application. But I am getting this message from time to time. I increase the Timeout period to 120min.

What does this error mean?

Take a look at the output of the Aware IM Server and Tomcat for any clues.

i am receiving this error as well, typically when left idle for some time.
