Guest Visual Perspective

I am testing the Guest VP to use a registration form on my Website. The VP load successfully where it show a Button that run a process to load the Registration Form. The Form will load showing all the Button (Save, Cancel, etc.) but there are not Attributes/Field on the Form. I tried also for the VP to load a Query with the option of Create a New Record. When I click the NEW button I get the same result.

I create a blank BS and with 1 BO, 1 Process, 1 Query and test it and I get the same results.

Can anyone help please?

To rule out server issues, have you tried to load and publish the Library sample application & access it via the Guest Visual Perspective?

Yes I have. But I still get the same exact result. The form will load without the Attributes.

I am using version 5.0 Built (1412).

Have you tried to bump up your memory allocations?

I install the Trial Version of AwareIM on a different computer user a Test BS and still the same issue.

Can you test this on your end and let me know if you are having the same issue?

Guest access at AwareIM's live sample app works fine at

I increase AwareIM Server 400MB
all other memory allocation to 300MB

Still The form Load but no Field/Attributes.

Do you have the same problem when loading other visual perspectives? Have you rebooted your server & your client machine?

No I don't have that problem. I even make the Guest VP the default and login as admin and still the same issue.

You said you had the same exact problem when you ran the Library sample app in Guest VP. Please post a screen shot so I can see exactly what's happening.

Try setting the guest access (Creator or Full Control) on each separate attribute in the Business Object.

Just giving the Guest (access level) access to the BO is therefore not enough. You have to also give pertinent access to each attribute within the BO.

I walked against the same wall and solved it in this way.

The fact that the guest account is not available in test mode makes life interesting, but testing with a small Business Space helps.
