I have noticed that when filtering on a query the Print and export retains the filter after is cancel.
I have replicated this on the CRM demo app online using the Correspondence tab.
To replicate:
- Check Export and Print. You should have 213 rows
- In the Subject filter enter 'reply' and click filter
- Check Export and Print again you will now have 23 rows
- Select the 'x' to cancel the filter and all 213 rows are displayed.
- Check the Export and Print and there are only 23 rows it should be 213
It appears to remember the filter. You can get around this by selecting the 'Filter Query Results' button and select 'Extend' and click search. The filter is removed.
