Am having problems connecting to an IM server located on a network with the Aware IM Configuration Tool.
Keep receiving the following error after entering the login details.
"Error establishing connection with the server. ERROR: org.openadaptor.adaptor.jms.JMSSink - init() failed with JMS Queue/Topic PublishException: org.openadaptor.adaptor.jms.PublishException: org.openadaptor.adaptor.jms.JMSPublisher -connect() failed with NamingException: javax.naming.CommunicationException: Receive timed out [Root exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutEception: Received timed out]"
If I immediately try to logon again, I receive the following error.
"Exception initialising document: com.bas.connectionserver.server.ConnectionException :null"
Initialising the configuration tool on the server itself via the Aware IM Control Panel is fine (no problems)!
Any ideas???
