The problem is when you move an Operation up or down (when there are multiple operations) in a reference element in the configuration tool the NAME and TYPE switch places.
An example would be the following:
One Operation to Edit a record and another to Delete from list
NAME TYPE DEFAULT
Edit Edit Checked
Delete Delete from list Not Checked
If you select the delete operation and move it up the following will display
NAME TYPE DEFAULT
Delete Edit Not Checked
Edit Delete from list Checked
