To recreate this issue:
- Go to the Ordering Application
- Click on John Smith (Staff Member)
- Click on 'Customers' in the top bar and select 'Find customer'
- When the parameter pop-up is displayed click on the '?' in the top right-hand corner of the form next to the 'x'
- The HTML will not go away because the pop-up form cannot be closed
Because of screen resolution inconsistencies with so many different users, the pop-up should display over the top of the search form not to the right since it puts the pop-up close button out of reach.
