In Queries, and Display Results you have the option to click "Show title"
In v4.95 when you unclicked this it would remove the whole title bar.
In V5 when you unclick it the title is removed but the bar remains with the Query icon and the collapse icon - which looks strange, especially when you have a query in a Content Panel that also has a title.
