AwareIM Server data problem

When awareIM server is up for several days, any awareIM application do not show any data at all, its like the server lost connection with the database. To correct the problem we have to restart the awareIM server. We have the application and the database in two different servers. Anyone has experience a similar situation. (Version 4.9).

A bit more info please. Are you saying its when a user logs on or when they are in an application? if its whilst in an applcation how long have they been logged in for?

The situation is detected when the users log on first hour in the mornings (after days of working normal, like two weeks for example), and is corrected after a total shutdown of the server (shutdown from control panel does not work).

Please provide output of the Aware IM server, Tomcat and JBoss when this happens. This output should provide clues about the cause of the problem. One possible cause is if your server is running on a machine with dynamic IP address - any ad-hoc dynamic change of the IP address will cause loss of connection.
