Business space name

I got a very strange problem. I imported a BSV file to a new Business space. If the Business space was called 'MediaDatabase', I got error message :

"Exception changing status of the bussiness space version Aware IM server encountered the following error. Error creating data base tables Can't create table './BASDBTEST/BASTESTDOMAINMEDIADATABASE_MEDIUMITEM.frm'(errno.121)"
when I tried to make the business space version available for testing.

However, there was no any problem if I import the BSV file to a Business space that called whatever else.

Wonder is that naything relevant to business space name?

Very strange indeed. Try Googling for errno 121 - it's a MySQL error.
