greg I have come across of what I think is an undocumented restriction on apostrophe use within a message body in an email notification. The system returns an integrity problem if an apostrophe is used inside the message, like writing "John's computer".
aware_support If you have apostrophe in a string that is already enclosed in apostrophe you can use the second apostrophe symbol located underneath "~", for example: REPORT ERROR 'John`s error!'
