I find that appointments do not display using the scheduler query if they overlap the date range displayed on the screen. For example:
Appointment range Mon 5th July to wed 7th July
displays in yearly, 6 weeks and week views but not in daily view for the three days.
Change appointment range to Friday 2nd July to wed 7th July
now displays in yearly and 6 weeks views but not week and day views.
