Document Template - Error Accessing MS WORD Document null

Hello,

I have use MS Word .doc & .docx extenstions for document templates, i tried text and other formats and they all work just fine but whenever i use MS Word templates it always give this error.

I checked everything the documents are storing fine, the tags are fine, but it just doesn't open MS Word when requested to create document just give this error.

I need urgent help with this, so if someone can let me know what seems to be the problem.

1) Do you have Word installed on the server?

2) You mentioned MS Word Template -- you can just use a Word Doc -- does not have to be a template.

Yes Obviously, we have the Word installed on the server.

When i go to Document Option in Document, Templates area and click Edit it opens up just fine in MS Word.

Basically we have changed the original AwareIM location Web.inf and i followed a complete tutorial of how to do that on another post.

I am thinking maybe there is something missing for the document location, when it says error accessing means it can't access the MS Word document.

Is there any place where i have to change the location from original AwareIM default to MyProject location for documents?
