Can some one point me in the right direction for accessing the log file information for Aware IM. I have searched through the forums and could not find the answer to this one.
I would like to be able to get to the log file information that you can get through the Control Panel. If you click Settings, then select the Logging tab you can get to some pretty great information on the environment. I would like to be able to get to this information from the file directly. It would aid greatly in trouble shooting issues on environments that I have limited access to. For example: an environment hosted at a clients site. I would be able to request that they send me the file.
Also, does anyone have a list of all log files that are available. I know that the test and system logs are in the AwareIM/bin folder but does someone have details on where all possible log files are.
