Problem with 4.9 Update on Reference elements display method

Since updating to 4.9 any changes to the Display Method on the presentation of an attribute displayed as a Table of Items aren't being saved at all.

If you uncheck an attribute to be displayed, selecting OK,OK and Save of the Business Objects then recheck that your changes are made, the change isn't reflected.

What is the difference between Build 1300 and 1301?? which must have gone up after I downloaded Build 1300 update late last night.

Will this resolve my issue?

Build 1300 had a problem - don't use. Download 1301. Not sure if it resolves this particular problem but it might.

This problem seems to be back. I have rebooted the server to see if it went away but hasn't.

Anything changed on an Attributes presentation (Reference Element) wont save.

I do get the following in the Configuration Tool window:

hi,

we have a similar issue. we have a BO with an HTML field with ref to a .jpg

also we have the Online.Status with an ICON ref, (tick and cross) however
we cannot get the ref item to work.

We have cleared cache of all browsers, and restarted the Server several times but no luck.

NOW we are getting

Creation of a new instance of the RegularUser business object is not allowed. Only one instance of this business object is allowed in the system

The issue you are having (whatever it is) has nothing to do with the original report. The original report was a specific problem of build 1300 that was fixed in build 1301.

The specific message you are getting indicates that you made your RegularUser object an intelligent object with "System" intelligence. This is wrong - you cannot do this. Only one instance of such objects is allowed in the system. You need to change the intelligence type of the RegularUser object to "Person or Organization"
