Forgotten password

I want to implement the forgotten password functionality. I have a process that handles it as explained in the user guide. I am having difficulty invoking it from the login2.html page or the other login form.

Please, how do I implement Forgotten Password functionality?

Yes, I have ticked the 'Forgotten Password'. But after implementing the process, I don't know how to proceed.

That's all you need to do.

When a user clicks "if you forgot you password, click here", the process should be executed.

we also seem to be abit confused about this.

does the business space need to be published for this to work?

we tried to test in dev mode by using this link

http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logonFP.aw?domain=TEST

but we see only a Status 500 error screen

we found this which could help explain:

when we search our server for loginFP.aw we find

http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/logonFP.aw?domain=BASTestDomainTEST

So for some reason there is BASTestDeomain in front of our actual BSV name called TEST?

Also does this require any special Ports to be opened in our firewall?

The "forgotten password" functionality should only be used in the production mode - don't use it in the testing mode.
