Creepy crawlers?

Are enough of the "C" crawlers worked out of the "AWARE" product(s), or what?
Perhaps Aware has come-up with some innovation, and a little creativity too. Yet, reading several of the messages, kinda scares me off...
I have not used the software, and yes, I'm a newbie, non-programmer, and I am simply trying to gauge my time/ri$k here...
So again what is "AWARE IM" pricing?
Simply trying to start a buying process...

When hovering over "Product" on top of the page a drop-down menu should appear where you can select "Pricing" which directs you to http://www.awareim.com/pricing.html . But I don't know what happens when you have java script disabled in your browser.
