Since implementing Version 4.8 we have encountered intermittant problems across a variety of BOs when creating and updating. The following message is typical:
Internal error: Internal error. Error persisting business object ApplicationChecklist Duplicate entry 21446 for key 1
This error has not been seen at any time during the previous 12 months operation. We are now encountering this problem 5-10 times per day.
It seems the only work-around is to delete the BOs involved and re-enter our work which is not sustainable.
Has anyone seen this problem or know why it occurs?
We are using MySQL V 5.0
