Grid Row Height

Is there a way to increase the Row height of a grid or allow it to dynamically grow based on the content within the column? I know that I can widen the column, but the issue with that is that I would then have limited space for other columns.

Is there another approach to presenting a form like this while exposing the data in its entirety?

You cannot grow the row dynamically but you can make this column an "expanded" column. In this case there'll be a plus sign and the user will see the whole string when he clicks on the plus sign
