Evaluation Version

I have downloaded the demo but it seems to have issues, it gives me this error a lot when it gets to opening the application server

License expired or invalid for product id 66d4788ee8d29fd9f3bb

but its the first day of the evaluation

then other times says it cant find the database needed

once in a while it will open I want to try the product out but I really can't any advice?

Try this

1) Uninstall from add/remove programs
2) Delete the C:\AwareIM (folder)

3) Shut down firewalls which track install source/destinations

and try re-installing.

We have re-installed this on 10 variations of Platforms and OS's with all types of End Point Security and usually resolved all issues doing the above
