Preprinted Form

Is there an example somewhere of populating a preprinted form with data from a BO?

we have a similar need to print on a pre-formated standard form also.

Correct us if possible:

Must we created a BO, called Document
Add every Attribute to that BO either as a Shortcut or Ref Object

THEN

Create a document (.docx) called FORM
Embed "fields" in the Word Doc which ref. the BO's attributes

I have an existing Word document I would like to use as a template. When I import and attempt to "create" I get the following error:

Document template error

Can't get object clsid from progid

Can someone explain this for me?
