inlogi The Message of the ReceivedEmail contains HTML tags like "<html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" xmlns:m="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"> <head> <meta http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=us-ascii"> <meta name=Generator content="Microsoft Word 12 (filtered medium)"> <style> ". How can I stop this? Regards Inlogi
aware_support The message comes in an HTML format - you should display this message by something that can display HTML. For example, save this message in a Plain Text attribute of some business object and then set its format to be HTML. The attribute will then be displayed using the HTML editor
technopak Hi, I noticed that the HTML editor window is quite small for displaying a long message and it also allows the user to modify the received email. What other methods of displaying HTML is recommended ? Thanks, Peter
aware_support You can make the HTML editor window bigger if you like - it's in the Presentation of the attribute
RocketRod Further to this I've found that yes you can use the HTML editor to display the text correctly but: You must have full access to the message attribute otherwise the scroll bar does not operate, so you don't see the full message. If a user has full access then when they use the scroll bar the editor thinks that they have made a change and prompts them with the "You have made changes what do you want to do type message".
