Edit on Query after Save requires Back to be clicked twice

When selecting edit from a query the default edit form is displayed.

If data is changed and Save is selected, to go back to the query browse requires the Back button to be clicked twice

i confirmed above problem.

I'm sending sample BSV over to support.

I experiences this recently also.
