Is anyone getting a blank screen intermittently when in the operation mode? The only thing that we have heard from our users is that they are clicking on a query in a visual perspective using DISPLAY LAYOUT, they see the record they clicked on and then when they use the back buttons (if present) they are taken back to the same record and then it is like they are stuck in a loop because everything but the toolbar turns white. This is happening in IE and FF and in more than one BSV. We will try to re-create the problem but we have not been able to continuously.
