DISPLAY LAYOUT Not Working

In version 1238 my DISPLAY LAYOUT process works fine and I am able to display a layout from another VP with 4 separate queries and an HTML header. When I use the same process in version 1239 now all that displays is a single query that stretches across the width of the screen and no header is displayed.

What changed in the new version?

It should be the other way around. DISPLAY LAYOUT was broken in 1238 and is now fixed in 1239

I wish that were true in my case but now it does not work and I am using version 1239
